Project process.
A practical overview of how Vietnam Glamping works from first project information to installation and handover.
From early enquiry to handover.
The actual process depends on scale, location and product configuration. The sequence below is a practical reference.
Location, photos, number of units, budget range, timeline, site status and role of the contact person.
Review whether YALA, Osso, a standard configuration or a custom structure is more appropriate.
Clarify what is included in the tent package and what must be priced separately.
For larger or complex projects, the site may need a paid survey or technical review.
Production can run in parallel with platform, infrastructure, access and contractor preparation.
Installation, inspection, maintenance guidance and after-handover support are handled according to confirmed scope.
Standard projects need planning time.
Production, shipping, installation and site readiness must be viewed together. Delays often come from late design decisions, incomplete site preparation, contractor coordination or infrastructure items outside the tent package.
Important note
Any timeline on the website is indicative. The confirmed schedule must be stated in a project-specific proposal or contract.
